No parts catalogue, no manual downloads, no phone number — but the system that does exist works, if you know the model number.
The short answer
ZEGJAW publishes no parts catalogue, no manual downloads and no support phone
number. What exists is a short list of spares sold as their own Amazon listings, the
model number printed on your tool, and the listing page itself as the support
channel. That is the whole system, and it works better than it sounds — provided you
know the model number and the spare is still in stock.
Spares that exist
6 of ZEGJAW's 21 spare listings were in stock at the last check.
Availability on these moves. The table is dated rather than final, and every row
links its Amazon listing so you can see today's position instead of ours.
Find the spare for your tool
Find the spare for your ZEGJAW tool
Pick your tool to see its model number, which pack it takes and whether a spare was in stock at the last check.
Where to find your model number
Two identifiers matter and they are not the same thing. The model
number (ZEGJAW writes it as a bare number such as 318-2) is
printed on the tool's rating plate and repeated in the listing's attribute table. The
manufacturer part number is the same value with a ZJ
prefix. The ASIN is Amazon's own identifier and it is the one that
gets you back to the exact listing — it is in every product URL and on every page on
this site.
Quote all three when you message a seller. ZEGJAW relists the same tool under
several ASINs, and a model number alone can be ambiguous where an ASIN is not. 39 of
the 43 listings publish a model number in their attribute table; where one is
missing, the ASIN is what you have.
Manuals
There is no ZEGJAW download site, and no PDF is linked from any listing. The
manual ships in the box. If yours has gone, the listing bullets and the product
photographs are the only public specification — which is precisely why every product
page on this site reproduces the full attribute table off the listing rather than
summarising it. For assembly, the package-contents bullet is usually the most useful
thing on the page, because it tells you what should have been in the box.
Customer service
ZEGJAW sells only through Amazon, so support runs through Amazon:
Use “Ask a question” on the product listing. That
routes to the seller and is the only direct channel the brand publishes.
Inside the return window, use Amazon's returns process rather than the
brand. It is faster and it does not depend on the seller answering.
Outside it, message the seller with model number, part number and ASIN
and a photograph of the rating plate.
Be sceptical of any ZEGJAW phone number or postal address that is not on
its Amazon listing. There is no verified corporate contact published
anywhere else, and a support number for a brand with no corporate presence is a
common shape for a scam.
Warranty
What warranty exists is whatever the listing states — several ZEGJAW boxes are
printed with a two-year mark — and it is administered by the seller, not by a service
network. In practice that means a replacement or a refund through Amazon rather than
a repair. There is no ZEGJAW service centre, no authorised repairer and no spare
parts beyond the ones in the table above, so a tool with a failed motor or gearbox is
not economically repairable.
When the part you need is gone
Where ZEGJAW still has stockIf your tool's line is at zero, a like-for-like replacement is not currently orderable and the spare has to come from a kit or from stock returning. Counted 2026-09-08.
Wait and watch the listing. Out of stock is not discontinued;
ZEGJAW listings do come back, and the links on this site point at the live listing
rather than at our snapshot of it.
Check the other line pages. ZEGJAW relists the same tool under
several ASINs, and one can be in stock while another is not — the
full page list is the fastest way to check them all.
The bottom line
Treat a ZEGJAW tool as a consumable with a good rating rather than as something
you will maintain. Record the model number and ASIN when you buy it, keep the box for
the manual, and if the tool matters to you, buy the version that ships with two
batteries — because on this brand the battery is the part most likely to become
unobtainable. More on that in Are ZEGJAW Batteries Compatible With DeWalt?.
